I decided to try Jjs today, so I called and ordered my sandwich and I specifically asked for no onion. 30 minutes later I get my sandwich delivered I bought into it trusting that there's no onion and it is riddled with onion! This wasn't my issue though. My issue is I am an assistant manager at Little Caesars and we focused a lot on customer service and when I called back up there this kid sounded high on some s***! He was slurring his speech couldn't even hardly understand what he was saying and all I wanted to do was call and say hey there was onion on my sandwich and then I wasn't supposed to be I ask for no free food no refund he then proceeded to say "okay we'll try harder next time" the kid sounded dumbfounded and he was rude he clearly did not give a rat's ass about my complaint I don't think I'm going to order from Jimmy John's anymore I'll take my business to SubwayAugust 11, 2016
